Maintaining your Eligibility to Practice            Practice Hour Guidelines

You must maintain an actively practicing status through a combination of practical experience and current continuing education

• your licence to practice must be renewed annually by November 30,  for the following year
• you must have 1200 hours practicing as an MLT within the 5 year period preceding the year in which you are seeking a license.
• you must obtain 2.0 CE Credits within the within the 5 year period preceding the year in which you are seeking a license.

            To re-licence for 2006, the five year period is 2001 to 2005
