RENEWAL NOTICES

October 1st, 2009
The 2010 Renewal notices were sent to all members on September 30th, some of you have already indicated that you have received them. If you do not receive your renewal notice by October  9th, you are now able to Reprint your 2010 Renewal Form from the member page so you can complete and mail it to the SSMLT office prior to the October 31st, 2009 deadline. Replacement forms must be printed from the website.

NEW MEMBER WEBSITE FEATURES

Members may continue to enter their 2008 Practice hours, in addttion, you are now able to begin entering your 2009.

Under the REPORTS tab members will find an option to print a synopsis of the information they provided in the Data Collection Survey that all members were required to complete by August 1st, 2009.
